Appointments and timing
Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on artist availability. Guests arriving late may need a shortened service or rescheduling so the next appointment can begin on time.
Pricing and consultation
Menu prices are starting prices. Length, shape, removal, French finishes, chrome, and art complexity are confirmed during consultation before service begins.
Health and sanitation
Please tell us about sensitivities, injuries, infections, or medical conditions that could affect service. We may decline or modify a treatment when it protects guest or team safety.
Children and groups
Children receiving services must be supervised. Groups should reserve in advance so chairs, artists, and timing can be coordinated.
Changes and corrections
If something does not feel right, tell us before leaving whenever possible. Service concerns should be reported promptly so the team can review the work and determine the appropriate correction.
